Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it ships, or to return it within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order — no reason needed. To submit a cancellation or return request, simply visit your order status page or customer account and follow the steps there. We'll confirm your request by email and process any refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

How to cancel or return

Requesting a cancellation or return is quick and easy — no account or password needed. 

  1. Visit your order status page or customer account
  2. Enter your email address and request a one-time code, which will be sent to your inbox
  3. Use the code to log in — you'll instantly see all your previous orders
  4. Select the relevant order and submit your cancellation or return request
  5. You'll receive an email confirmation of your request

Once a return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lipintimatecare.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exempt items

Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, particularly if the seal has been broken. This will be clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.
